If you order before 12pm we may be able to offer same-day delivery within London (Zones 1-3). Please call or WhatsApp us on +44 7498 218636 stating the item(s) you would like and the delivery address and we will revert back with a quote for a same-day courier and confirm availability of the item(s). Once you’re happy with the order, payment can be made via telephone or through our secure payment options online.
Please contact us on email@example.com to get a personalised quote. Please note that you will be liable for customs/duties, VAT charges and handling fees in the receiving country. You will be responsible for paying these costs before you can claim your items (this unfortunately now applies to all our European friends). All of our products’ origins are listed on our website. Should you wish to ship items Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) we can also arrange this. This means all customs, duties and fees will be paid before shipping goods into the destination country.
How do I get an item personalised?
I do offer personalised embroidery for some items as listed on the product descriptions. This is usually limited to a word, name or initials but if you have a burning desire for a particular design, please get in touch via WhatsApp, phone +44 7498 218636 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the possibilities.
Exchanges & Returns
Should you wish to return your purchase, please contact us on email@example.com or via WhatsApp on +44 7498 218636 within 14 days of receiving your order, stating whether you would like an exchange or refund of the items and a short description of the issue. As we do not handle all deliveries ourselves (yet) we are unable to cover return shipping costs or arrange a collection.
It is important to note that we are unable to accept returns or refunds for the following items:

How do you package items?
All of our own packaging is sustainably sourced, whether it is recycled or recyclable paper, cardboard, biodegradable cellulose, glassine envelopes and organic cotton gift bags. We love to keep up to date with innovative and environmentally friendly ways to package so if you have a suggestion or a question please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Can I work with you or become a supplier?
Our aim is to keep growing the Beancat & Co community, we do this gradually and by ensuring new products are not in competition with our existing suppliers (it’s one of our promises). Why the Cat Logo?
I have been drawing this cat doodle for as long as I can remember, it eventually became my signature so I decided to use it for Beancat & Co. Legal mention: the Beancat & Co logo is copyright protected and registered as a trademark internationally. Cats are territorial.
