Herbal tea blend of soothing herbs including chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds.
It is hard to write about a product you are completely addicted to. The iconic bear design on the packaging stuck with me as a kid and as an adult I find the ritual of having herbal tea just before going to bed helps me switch to night mode and start to unwind.

✺ The outer protective sleeve is sadly plastic but the manufacturers are currently looking into a more sustainable alternative. The cardboard box is recyclable and the tea bags are fully compostable and free of staples or string.
